Instead of cutting food and calories, Tribe educates the client regarding numerous health and wellness avenues. Clients learn how food FUELS you for your day to day activity and fuels for fat loss. In an adaptive approach, clients learn and implement new strategies, and begin to eat the macro-nutrients our bodies need for their goals (weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance).
Together, through food and eating just the right amount of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates (even a doughnut!) we can reach our goals and live our lives without ever needing to take a "cheat" meal or go on a "fad" diet again.
