Live Zoom Meetings Starts anytime and runs 8 weeks. Zoom 1 hour is for the 1st 4 weeks only. weeks 5-8 are 1/2 hour zooms and weekly phone call. -You will have access to an Online classroom with videos, assignments and powerpoints -Weekly scheduled 30 min phone check-ins for coaching -Custom Macronutrient configuration -Email and text messaging support - Learning how to weigh food, measure and meal prep, while factoring in dining out and going on vacation/holiday. -Goal Setting -Daily Food Journal Review weekly with feedback -Meal Prep Tricks and Tips Once daily food intake reaches the benchmark, we will shift to training and fitness
